Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko stated that the department will provide recommendations on the scheduling of coronavirus revaccination in the near future.

Murashko urged residents to get vaccinated against the coronavirus once more, emphasizing the importance of the process.

Murashko had previously stated that the Russian single-component coronavirus vaccine Sputnik Light would be available in a week and a half and would be used for revaccination.

Since January 18, Russia has begun vaccinating against COVID-19 on a large basis. Everyone receives the vaccine at no cost. Sputnik V, Sputnik Light, EpiVacCorona, and KoviVak are the four coronavirus medicines currently registered in the nation.
