Russia is Prepared to Partner with China in Supply of New Su-35

Russia is prepared to sign a partnership contract with China for the supply of the new Sukhoi Su-35, a multipurpose aircraft for combat, Dmitry Shugaev, the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation’s Director told the journalists at the EEF-2021 (the Eastern Economic Forum), TASS informed.

Shugaev stated that there are still no applications from China that seek the purchase of additional quantities of the Su-35 fighter aircraft. However, he said that Russia is prepared to further the cooperation with China on this matter once the relevant requests are received.

The EEF-2021 is the sixth in a row forum that is held in Vladivostok from 2nd September to 4th September. The forum is held in a hybrid format which means that it is part online and part in-person.
