Russia, Uzbekistan to Set Up Business Incubator

A Russian-Uzbek business startup incubator will start in October, the press service of the National University of BelSU informed Uzbek media outlet Uzdaily.com.

The project is organized and implemented by the Belgorod State University. At a recent meeting, experts discussed the educational and business program of the incubator, the report said.

Within two weeks, residents from Russia and Uzbekistan will undergo an educational program on the basics of conducting bilateral business, will visit the leading Belgorod region enterprises and take part in back-to-back business negotiations, the university said.

Twenty residents, representatives of state and regional authorities of the two countries, well-known experts and successful entrepreneurs will take part in the incubator’s work.

The project should result in young entrepreneurs with knowledge about protecting and copywriting business projects, the signing of agreements on cooperation and contracts, etc.

The work of the return business incubator will be held in November in Uzbekistan’s capital Tashkent, Uzdaily reported.

The Russian Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (FADM) and the Youth Union of Uzbekistan are also involved in the project.
