Azeri President Ilham Aliyev and his Turkish counterpart Tayyip Erdogan discussed creating a joint Russian-Turkish peacekeeping center to monitor the Nagorno-Karabakh ceasefire, Reuters reported citing Sputnik Azerbaijan.
