Aeroexpress will launch a regular bus route from the Khovrino metro station to Terminal B of Sheremetyevo Airport, RIA Novosti reported.
This autumn, high-capacity express buses will connect Khovrino, a large transport hub, with the airport’s Northern Terminal Complex. The bus route will run along the M-11 toll highway; therefore, travel time will be nearly 20 minutes. The bus fare will be 150 roubles, Aeroexpress said in a press release.
“Launching a bus route is a very important step for both our company and passengers of the dynamically developing Sheremetyevo Airport. Currently, the Northern Terminal Complex does not have any quality public transportation ensuring passengers with quick rides to the city. Express buses from the Khovrino transport hub, located in the immediate vicinity to the toll road, are the most convenient way to reach Terminal B from Moscow in the current infrastructure conditions,” said Alina Bisembaeva, CEO of Aeroexpress.
The bus route will operate by not making stops along the way. The buses are expected to depart both directions at 15-minute intervals.
