Russia’s Coronavirus Daily Tally Reaches All Time High

According to the anti-coronavirus crisis center, Russia registered 40,251 COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, the largest daily number since the start of the epidemic. The total number of cases is 8,472,797, TASS reports.

According to the anti-coronavirus crisis center statistics, Russia’s coronavirus growth rate was 0.48 percent. In Russia, there are presently 903,993 active coronavirus cases.

In the last 24 hours, COVID-19 recoveries in Russia increased by 28,909 to 7,331,424 people. According to crisis center statistics, 86.5 percent of COVID-19 patients in Russia have recovered.

In the previous 24 hours, Russia recorded 1,160 COVID-19 fatalities, down from 1,163 the day before. The overall number of fatalities has risen to 237,380. According to crisis center figures, 2.8 percent of COVID-related deaths occurred in Russia.

In the previous 24 hours, Moscow registered 7,267 coronavirus cases, down from 7,511 the day before. The overall number of reported cases has risen to 1,809,788. According to crisis center statistics, Moscow’s COVID-19 growth rate was 0.4 percent.

On the same day, the city’s COVID-19 death toll jumped by 97 to 31,248 while recoveries grew by 5,506 to 1,588,697. In Moscow, there are presently 189,843 active COVID-19 cases.
