Russia’s Daily Coronavirus Cases up by 0.38 Percent

The anti-coronavirus crisis center in Russia verified 21,042 COVID-19 cases in the last day, increasing the overall caseload to 5,514,599, according to the anti-coronavirus crisis center.

In relative terms, the number of cases grew by 0.38 percent.

Over the last day, Moscow has confirmed 5,823 COVID-19 instances. In the Moscow region, 2,583 instances were reported, 1,503 in St. Petersburg, 358 in Nizhny Novgorod, 324 in Bryansk, and 321 in the Republic of Buryatia.

In Russia, 378,992 COVID-19 patients are currently receiving therapy, TASS reports.

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Moscow increased by 5,823 in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 1,358,215 for the first time in two weeks.

The crisis center estimates that the relative growth rate is 0.43 percent. A day earlier, the Russian capital recorded 6,209 additional cases.

According to the statistics given by the crisis center, 117 COVID-19 deaths occurred in the last 24 hours, compared to 121 the day before, bringing the total number of deaths to 22,448, up from 121 the day before.

Meanwhile, another 5,574 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of patients who have recovered to 1,158,719. 177,048 individuals in Moscow are still getting treatment at this time.
