First Batch of Sputnik Light Released for Civilian Use

The first series of the Russian Sputnik Light coronavirus vaccine has been released for civilian use, as announced on June 26 by the head of the Ministry of Health Mikhail Murashko.

The day before, the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, said that after vaccination with Sputnik Light antibodies are produced in 21 days. At the same time, she clarified that with the rest of the drugs after the first vaccination for 42 days, the person is not yet protected.
