Russia Registers 22,160 New Daily Coronavirus Cases

As of Monday, Russia had verified 22,160 COVID-19 cases, bringing the total to 6,469,910, according to the Anti-Coronavirus Crisis Center, TASS reports.

A 0.34 percent increase was seen in terms of relative incidence. In Russia, 534,279 individuals are currently receiving therapy.

It is estimated that 165,650 Russians have died from coronavirus-related causes within the past 24 hours. According to preliminary figures, the death rate is 2.56 percent.

During the previous 24 hours, Russia’s COVID-19 recoveries increased by 14,474 to 5,769,981. At the moment, 89.2 percent of all infections have been cured, according to the crisis center.

In comparison a day before, the number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Moscow increased by 2,150. As of now, the relative growth rate is 0.14 %.

Coronavirus-related deaths in Moscow increased by 59 in the previous 24 hours, the lowest amount since June 9. A day earlier, the Russian capital recorded 63 coronavirus deaths. This epidemic has killed a total of 26,248 individuals in Moscow, according to the crisis center.

The number of recoveries rose by 2,618 to 1,392,213. In the Russian capital, 110,889 individuals are currently getting treatment.
