Sheremetyevo International Airport has signed an agreement worth 7 million rubles with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. The law firm will provide legal advice on the development and conclusion of a concession agreement regarding the airfield complex of Sheremetyevo Airport.
The company will analyze the documents on real estate that are associated with the concession, and will prepare the terms of the agreement by December 31 this year, Pravo.ru reports.
In May 2018, the Russian government approved the terms of the concession agreement with Sheremetyevo Airport. Under the conditions, Sheremetyevo is obliged to reconstruct several taxiways, the building of the central control center and the runways.
According to the conditions of the agreement, the company is also obliged to build a few more objects from scratch. The agreement will be valid until December 31, 2067.
